Stand-alone solar power plants (Off-grid)

Your own power where the grid does not reach

Stand-alone solar power plants (Off-grid)

A holiday home, mountain cabin, farm or workshop - wherever a grid connection is impossible or not worth it, an off-grid solar power plant gives you your own independent electricity. The system consists of solar panels, LiFePO4 batteries rated for more than 6,000 cycles and an inverter that powers the whole house, backed up where needed by a small generator for the darkest winter weeks.

Work out how many panels, how much battery and how big an inverter you need - directly, if you already know your system, or from a list of household appliances. The configuration from the calculator is attached to your enquiry automatically, and ENERGYCOM takes care of the design, supply and installation across Croatia.

Advantages of an off-grid solar power plant

  • Electricity with no grid connection, no utility and no monthly bills
  • LiFePO4 batteries - 6,000+ cycles, 15+ years of daily use
  • Modular and expandable - batteries in 5.12 kWh modules, panels as needed
  • Inverter sized to start pumps, fridges and washing machines
  • Mounting on tiles, metal, flat roofs or on the ground - our own installation crews
  • Production and battery monitoring through an app

    From numbers to power

    How we work together

    1. step

    Sizing and enquiry

You send the configuration from the calculator. An engineer checks it and follows up about the site and how you use power.

    2. step

    Quote, site visit if needed

You get a quote with exact components and a timeline. If needed, we first inspect the roof or ground, shading and the battery location.

    3. step

    Installation and commissioning

Our own installation crews, inverter configuration and system monitoring through an app.

    Questions

What people ask about off-grid systems

On the coast, often yes, with enough panels. Inland, December and January give 4 to 5 times less energy than July, so a small generator is the cheapest backup for foggy weeks.

Pumps, fridges and washing machines draw two to three times their power when starting. The inverter has to handle that moment and several appliances running at once.

At 90% depth of discharge we count on 6000+ cycles, which is 15+ years of daily use.

Yes. Batteries are added in 5.12 kWh modules, and panels can be added up to the inverter's input limit or with an extra MPPT charge controller.
