City of Pula - Solar Plant Co-financing for Households 2025

The City of Pula has published a public call for co-financing energy efficiency measures, with particular emphasis on photovoltaic systems for households to increase energy independence and reduce electricity costs.

What is co-financed

  1. Main design for a photovoltaic plant
    • Up to €400 per application
    • Maximum 30% of total design costs
  2. Purchase of photovoltaic modules
    • Up to €1,350 per application
    • Maximum 35% of module value

Who can apply

  • Adult citizens with residence in the City of Pula.
  • Complete applications that meet the conditions of the call.

Deadline and application procedure

  • Call is open from 7 July 2025 until funds are exhausted or end of year.

  • In person: in a sealed envelope to the City Administration of Pula.
