Zagreb County has published a public tender for the award of grants to processing-sector entrepreneurs for 2025, with a total of €500,000 allocated primarily for the purchase and installation of photovoltaic power plants.

Who can apply

  • Micro and small entrepreneurs headquartered in Zagreb County.
  • Registered in the manufacturing industry.
  • Profitable operations in the previous year.
  • At least one employee.
  • All tax and employment obligations settled.
  • The project must be carried out at the entrepreneur's own business premises.

Grant amount and conditions

  • Minimum project value: €5,000
  • Maximum project value: €100,000
  • Grant covers up to 40% of eligible costs, maximum €15,000 per project.
  • One application per entrepreneur per year.

  • Level of energy consumption
  • Investment ratio
  • Financial sustainability
  • Territorial underdevelopment status
